I’ve been reviewing the documentation and unless I missed it I don’t see a place to add a new tab. Is that correct?

Could you please specify what tabs do you mean? If you’re referring to UI elements then perhaps Custom UI extensions platform feature might be something that might fit your use-case?
What I mean is like the deals or projects tab. I want to add something there.
Thanks for the clarification. You can’t add custom tabs currently but you can augment the detail views of different entities (like Deals) with custom panels. Please see the App extensions overview for more information about that.
