Integration cant be completed

Hello, there is some kind of issue with the integration process. Something is going wrong and we dont know what exactly it is. Here are the logs of an attempt to install Wazzup in Pipedrive:

the Wazzup app is developed and supported by Wazzup24. I’d advise to try contacting their support contact https://wazzup24.com/help/ as this error message does not look like anything reported by Pipedrive API.

I am from Wazzup and this is the error we receive from you when trying to create an integration. We dont know why such error appeared and dont know what may cause it. Could you please take a look?
Your customer support told me that you see the issue but cannot analyze it without the logs from our side so here they are
