Integration is not complete

Hello, one of our clients experiences an issue. When he tries to make an integration, it shows in Pipedrive that the process is incomplete. The client tried to reinstall it multiple times as well as deleting the app from your market to make a clean installation however the result is always the same.Our devs can’t find any errors from our side. Could you please take a look and fix it if possible?

If the issue belongs to our side, could you please tell me what exactly is the reason so we can fix it and prevent such issues in the future?
