Hello!
According to your CS, an integration between PD and Intercom without third parties could be possible.
They also said it would require developers (or developer skills). I have developers.
What I lack, is instructions for them for making this happen.
Please advise

Hey @Ella, the first thing I would do is request a sandbox account for your developers to work in.
Then once this is created we can enable the Marketplace Manager (allows you to build an app in our Marketplace - either public or private).
Otherwise, if you just want to build an integration, you would just use the open-API from both of us:
