Is there a way to add app icon for custom floating window as a private app?

I needed to add an app icon for my custom floating window while it’s a private app for demo purpose. Is it possible?

Unfortunately, adding an app icon to your custom floating window is impossible while it’s a private app. Adding app icons is a feature for public apps.

It’s quite useful for private apps too, I don’t understand why this tragic mistake can’t be fixed.
