Hello. We need to integrate our CRM (Pipedrive) with our call dialling software, Orum.
We are also looking at integrating with the other software we use (Apollo, Klenty, Mailchimp and Sales Navigator) but Orum is the main priority.
Pipedrive has no native integration with Orum - speaking to Pipedrive support, it would require a custom integration. We are looking to discuss the feasibility, pricing and potential timeframes for that integration (or establish if it’s cheaper and easier to move to a supported CRM).
What we want to achieve with the Orum integration is;
- speed up the process of creating call lists for Orum
- improve the accuracy and speed of checking those lists against our current clients, cancellations, and other lists being called by the sales team.
- being able to check remotely the progress on those lists (we’re currently uploading CSVs which doesn’t let you see the quantity remaining or how many times the call list been refreshed, unless viewed by the user dialling that list).
- Notes and dispositions from Orum to be reflected in Pipedrive. We need to see who from the team last called that company and who they spoke to, how it went, if they asked to not be contacted again etc.
Whilst we’ve used Pipedrive for many years not having this integration with Orum is really impacting our workflow.
Can anyone help with outlining the feasibility, pricing and potential timeframes for this kind of custom integration?
