Marketplace app review timeline - 2 weeks, no updates yet

Hi Pipedrive team and fellow developers,

I submitted two marketplace apps on March 13 and March 15. Both are still showing “In Review” as of today (March 31) with no feedback. I included Loom walkthrough videos with each submission and can confirm they haven’t been viewed yet.

I saw another developer posted a similar question a week ago, so it seems like a few of us are in the same boat.

Just want to make sure the submissions are in good shape and there’s nothing the team needs from me. A few questions:

  1. What’s the typical timeline for initial feedback on a marketplace submission?
  2. Is there a way to check review status beyond the Developer Hub?
  3. Is there anything I can proactively provide to help move things along?

We’re in the same position - I’ve just emailed the team to see if there is any update as the app seems to have been ‘in review’ for around a month already with no feedback.

The website says it can take up to 21 business days. However, they seem to have a lot of new submissions on their hands because ours is about 28 days into the process.

Ah well, they probably do their best :+1:

Same here no response at all since past~4 weeks now, I hope this gets resolved faster as we have customer onboarding pending on this and its hurting our startup.
