We submitted the app for review about 11–12 days ago, and it’s still marked as “In Review.” We haven’t received any updates yet. How long does it usually take to get initial feedback from the review team?

Same here. I submitted two apps on March 13 and March 15 — both still showing “In Review” with no updates. I included walkthrough videos with each submission and can see they haven’t been viewed yet.
Would be great to hear from the Pipedrive team on current review timelines or if there’s a way to check status.
