We have noticed that when you merge organisations it does not change the reference to new organisation for related deals. So we can see old reference to the deleted organisation in the deal instead of new organisation.

What reference are you referring to? When using PUT/organizations/{id}/merge
id will be deleted
merge_with_id will become the remaining org, and all the deals that were connected to the org which was deleted will be passed to the remaining org.
Can you please share the steps you did to reproduce the error?

I’ve encountered the same error, the deleted organization still has some activities linked with the deleted organization.
