Pre Populate a From with a Dynamic URL

Hi.

I’m trying to have Pipedrive create a dynamic URL with field parameters, to allow a Form to be pre-populated. I’m able to construct a link and apply the URL format over the placeholder to generate the URL, but when it’s received in by an email client, the placeholders are not recognised as part of the link, so the URL cannot be clicked on.

It’s the same function that Zoho CRM is able to provide see https://www.zoho.com/forms/help/settings/field-alias.html

Has anyone else managed to do this?
