Problem with the connection between pipe drive and the back office
We installed pipe drive in conjunction with our back office last January. Everything was going well until a few weeks ago.
There is no longer any connection between our back office and pipe drive.
The latest connections, customer creations and orders do not go up.
We don’t understand why it stopped working overnight.
I would like to ask you to help us, as customer follow-up is impossible under these conditions.
