Problems trying to access pipedrive


I’m new here so if I’m doing this wrong, please point it out.

For a little while now I’ve been having an issue with Pipedrive - well, not me exactly, but rather a handful of my users where they cannot open Pipedrive at all. Here’s what they see when they try to open the page:

And sometimes it’s just a blank page.

What I already tried:

  • Erased cache and cookies (with ccleaner)
  • Anonymous Tab
  • Different browser

The following commands on prompt (running as an administrator):

  • netsh winsock reset catalog
  • netsh int ip reset
  • netsh winsock reset
  • ipconfig /flushdns

The above commands work temporarily but the problem returns 100% of the times.

The users who reported me this problem said that they have this issue even when using their notebooks from home, therefore I assume it may be related to their computers, though I might be wrong.

I am currently in contact with Pipedrive support but they say they’re looking into it and give no prospect for a resolution, and I am losing money with my users who are not working due to this problem.

Has anyone here ever had this problem and/or know what is causing it and how to solve it?
