I would love a automation that when my Qwilr presentation is viewed for the first time, I can automatically send out a templated follow up email from Pipedrive OR at the very least, it automatically creates a task for me to follow up with this deal.
Does anyone know if this is a possibility?

! If Qwilr offers event-driven integration, you can set up simple automation to create an activity in Pipedrive via the REST APIs. This could either be automated via Zapier / Make / an entirely custom integration.
