Hello! We’d really like to have some extended APIs for the mailbox / Sales Inbox to be able to work with the mail threads that exist in there. More specifically what we lack is any way to provide headers (such as email id or thread id) and the the Pipedrive mailbox thread id back.
Right now we’ve tried implementing a feature working with mailthreads but it’s almost impossible to try first download all threads from the user and store that, and then match those with the subject / to / from / date fields from the email.
We have a few hundred paying users for our Pipedrive app that would really like features for working with connecting mail threads to deals / leads, just like in the Sales Inbox. But they do not want to use the Sales Inbox for lack of features etc.
