searchResults API regex-y functionality

Hi

Trying to get some idea on what the possiblities are for the term field in the searchResults API with regards to regex-like use, as it seems to return different matches when using “AB” or “A\B” or “A B”

There is no mention of this the documentation however?

Unfortunately, regex patterns are not yet allowed in search. However, I have taken note of this feedback for broader attention
