Storing Parent - Child Data

Hi There

We would like to store data like…

Campaign Sent
– Opened
– Clicked
– Etc

At the moment we are simply adding this info to a Contact notes, and also giving users the option to update custom fields with the campaign name etc, but of course when the next campaign is sent this field value will be overridden.

Do you have any way for us to store every campaign sent, and every action (open, click, etc) for a contact?

Hi,
Thanks for describing the scenario. Are you looking for data storage feature for apps? Currently you can only have custom fields associated with the entities that can contain additional information. This extra info can also be added to notes as you said.
