Hello, in Pipedrive we have two different organizations, for example: org1 and org2. Sometimes a customer belongs to both of these organizations at the same time. In this case, we create two separate “Person” objects for each organization. Each person has the same phone number and email address. The problem is that when we call a person from org2 using the integrated CloudTalk system, notes containing tag information appear in the deal belonging to the person from org1, not org2.
Has anyone had a similar problem and knows how to solve it?
