Token expired (unauthorized error)

Hi there!

Databox integrates with Pipedrive and we have an issue where our clients experiencing issues when using our Pipedrive integration. Upon inspection we’ve seen that the tokens are expiring after two hours and we’re unable to refresh them, getting a

HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized

Date: Tue, 26 Jan 2021 14:20:19 GMT

{“success”:false,“error”:“Invalid token: access token is invalid”,“errorCode”:401}

error in the process.

Whilst the users can connect their account a new and the token works, it expires and we’re unable to refresh it after 2 hours.

Is there any way we can resolve this issue?
