UTC dates don't convert to user timezone

We use the Pipedrive as our CRM to track SaaS licenses that have expired and or about to expire. However, there seems to be a mismatch between our admin portal’s date information of a license expiry date and the date shown on Pipedrive.

After some investigation, we found that the date shown in Pipedrive is the same UTC date we send out from our end (it doesn’t get translated to the user’s timezone even though Pipedrive says it does). We are based in Melbourne, so there’s still quite a bit of a difference between Melbourne time and UTC, and there have been instances where our sales team has called the customer a day early.
