Webhook add user not working

I try to get a triger whit webhook for ADD USER
Its not working.
I try in 3 different account with 3 different webhooks
Please help

Are you trying on a Sandbox account?

No, a regular account.

I should have also added Resellers account.
If you’re using a Resellers or Sandbox account, than the User management is handled differently so this webhook doesn’t work for those specific accounts.
