I’m using an outreach tool and would like to integrate it with Pipedrive. From the tutorial of this tool, I found that I need to use webhooks to do this. Well, I created several webhooks in this tool as well as several zaps integrating with Pipedrive. But they still don’t work properly - don’t find a person, don’t update it, it can only create a new person if I tick that field:( Pleaseee help with that!
