I have created an email template that contains fields from both Organization and Person. The email template is utilized in a Workflow to notify when a field value has been updated on the Organization. When I receive the test email the Organization fields contain data. However, the Person fields are blank. I have attempted to add Email Template Person in the Action of the workflow but there is not template available to select for the person. How do I send an email from a workflow that contains the Organization data along with the People that are associated with the Organization?

I couldn’t replicate the same issue on my end. Have you tried contacting our support so that can take a look at your specific account to perhaps found out what the problem may be?
It sounds like you’re on the right track, but unfortunately, Pipedrive workflows currently have limited support for pulling in related Person data when the trigger is based on an Organization update. One workaround could be to use an integration tool like Zapier or Make (Integromat) to fetch both Organization and associated Person data, then send a customized email. Hopefully, native support for this gets added in future updates!
