How can I pass data, including the description field, from Zendesk to our integration using the API? We’re utilizing Zendesk Answer Bot, which offers a Calendly link to book a meeting. The entire conversation is captured within Zendesk, and we need to send this conversation to Pipedrive. However, I’m unsure about the API endpoint URL that I should use.
