I need help getting our zoom phone integrated into Pipedrive with the calling functions as well as the sms functions inside of pipedrive. I am not a developer and the more I look into it, the more complicated it gets for me. I would like a call window to pop up when we make a call as well as utilize the message section of pipedrive. I would also like to log the calls (outcomes as well; answered, did not answer, missed) as well as log the text messages.
