Custom fields in integration

Hi all, I’m new to Pipedrive and the back end.
I’m creating a small integration which is easy enough.
I’m having problems accessing the Custom fields.
I can see the custom fields in OrganizationFields and the definition and labels etc.
How do I access the actual values though?
